For full planning, the sweet spot is 10-14 months before your wedding date. For partial planning, 4-6 months out is ideal. Day-of coordination should be booked 2-3 months before your wedding. That said, we've happily jumped in on shorter timelines — reach out and we'll let you know if we have availability.

Our packages start at $1,800 for day-of coordination, $3,800 for partial planning, and $6,500 for full planning & design. Final pricing depends on your guest count, venue, scope, and add-ons. After your discovery call, we'll send a custom proposal with transparent pricing — no surprises.

We are based in Oshawa, but we plan weddings across all of Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area — including Toronto, Whitby, Pickering, Ajax, Bowmanville, and Markham. For destinations beyond a 90-minute drive, we add a small travel fee. We've also done destination weddings on request.

A planner (us, in full or partial mode) is involved from the early planning stages — design, vendors, logistics, the works. A day-of coordinator picks things up 6-8 weeks before the wedding to manage execution. Many couples assume their venue's coordinator covers everything; in reality, venue staff handle the venue — not your overall day. A dedicated coordinator is what gives you peace of mind.

Absolutely. Our packages are starting points, not strict boxes. We tailor every engagement to your specific needs. Need partial planning + a rehearsal dinner? Done. Want full planning but already have a photographer? Easy. We'll build the right scope around you.

Yes — over 8 years we've built deep relationships with photographers, florists, caterers, DJs, and venues across the GTA whose work and ethics we trust. We never accept kickbacks, and we always recommend the vendors that fit your style and budget — not the ones that pay us. You're free to bring your own vendors, too.

We require a 30% retainer to lock in your date, with the balance split into 2 or 3 payments leading up to the wedding. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and bank transfer. All terms are clearly outlined in your contract before you commit.

Life happens — we get it. Our contract includes a fair postponement clause that lets you reschedule once at no charge (subject to our availability on the new date). For full transparency, we walk you through every scenario before you sign.
